Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
You will ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and that all amenities are replenished for guest convenience.
Housekeepers are also responsible for reporting any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
Additionally, you will be expected to follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of our guests and team members.
Housekeepers are also responsible for working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Housekeeper in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull a moderate weight.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AGREEMENT
Mediation/Arbitration Agreement/Waiver of Right to Jury Trial
It is Hereby agreed and understood between the below signed applicant (hereinafter "Applicant") and Southern Hospitality Services, L.L.C. (hereinafter "Property") that any dispute or controversy between me and the Property (including its owners, employees, agents, managing agents, director, officers, successors and assigns, or any employee benefit plan administrators, sponsors, fiduciaries and trustees - all of whom are considered third party beneficiaries with the right to invoke and enforce this Agreement), which is subject to arbitration under Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA") and which would otherwise require or allow resort to any court, shall be submitted to, and determined by, either mediation or binding arbitration under the FAA, in conformity with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") for the resolution of employment disputes. I agree that this Agreement includes all past, present or future disputes arising from, related to, or having any relationship or connection whatsoever with my seeking employment with, my employment by, my participation in any employee benefit plan, or my other association with the Property, whether based on tort, contract, statutory, or equitable law, or otherwise, specifically including but nut limited to any and all matters arising under the Constitutions of the United States or the State in which the Property is located ("State"), any claims for employment discrimination or harassment based on race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, disability, retaliation, or post-termination claims and any other federal or State personal injury, civil rights, or employment related laws, regulations, rules or theories. I further agree that the scope and enforceability of this Agreement shall be determined by the arbitrator and that any issues of fraud, including fraud as to this Agreement, shall be determined by the arbitrator. I agree that any disputer shall first be submitted to mediation under the employment mediation rules of the AAA before any resort to binding arbitration, unless all partied agree that such mediation would be futile. Resolution of the disputes shall be based solely upon the law governing the claims asserted, including any applicable statute of limitations defenses or other time bar, and the arbitrator may not invoke any basis other than such controlling law, including, but not limited to, notions of "just cause". I hereby acknowledge that my application for employment with the Property contemplates, affects, and involves interstate commerce and activity, and that it is a transaction "involving commerce" as understood in the FAA, 9 U.S.C. 2. My agreement to submit any disputes to mediation and arbitration under this provision is in exchange and consideration for the Property's review and consideration of my application and for the mutual promise of the Property to submit any disputes to mediation and arbitration. I acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to consult with my attorney and that I have been given the opportunity to review the AAA's National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes that would govern the dispute resolution process under this Agreement. This Agreement shall continue to be effective whether or not I am hired by the Property. I understand that my responsibility for the AAA filing fee will not exceed the cost of filing a court action. The arbitrator may allocate other AAA administrative fees and the arbitrator's fee, and one factor that may be considered by the arbitrator is my financial resources. I understand that by agreeing to this binding Mediation/Arbitration Agreement, both the Property and I give up our rights to trial by jury.
I also agree, before the mediation/arbitration process is used:
(1) First to present any claims in written detail to the Property management;
(2) Next to pursue to completion any Property internal review/problem resolution process.
