Responsibilities:

• As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• You will ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and that all amenities are replenished for guest convenience.
• Housekeepers are also responsible for reporting any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• Additionally, you will be expected to follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of our guests and team members.
• Housekeepers are also responsible for working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a moderate weight.
